We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and upgrade Active Directory and Windows Server environments
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Conditional Access, and MFA
• Support and maintain hybrid cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Manage Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services) and Microsoft Broker
• Implement and maintain SSO, Federation, and Microsoft Authenticator solutions
• Administer Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Operate and maintain Disaster Recovery environments
• Implement security hardening, Zero Trust principles, and resolve security assessment findings
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior System Administrator in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server upgrades
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID and identity management
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure in hybrid cloud environments
• Experience with Remote Desktop Services, Terminal Services, and Microsoft Broker
• Experience implementing SSO, Federation, and Microsoft Authenticator
• Strong experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including DR and Replication
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and implementing security hardening
