Full Stack Engineer

Job Description: Permanent Fullstack Developer (C#/.NET & WPF)

We´re looking for a strong Fullstack Developer with a heavy backend orientation (at least 5 years of experience in C#/.NET).

* Frontend Flexibility: Candidates with experience in other frontend languages/frameworks are acceptable, provided they are completely open to working with WPF.

* Security Clearance: Some positions require high-level security clearance & military service .

Budget: open

Location: Hadera (3 days a week) & Rafael Institutes in the Karmiel area (2 days a week).

Shuttle service is provided for the Karmiel days.

Role Overview: We are looking for a strong Fullstack Developer with a solid C#/.NET backend foundation to join our team.

In this role, you will develop complex server-side systems alongside desktop client-side applications using WPF, while collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop robust backend solutions using C#/.NET.

* Develop desktop client-side features using WPF.

* Manage interfaces and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Job Requirements:

* Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

* Strong experience with C# 8 and above on the backend.

* Solid understanding and practical application of SOLID principles.

* Proven experience in writing Unit Tests, including the utilization of AI tools.

* Hands-on experience working with relational databases (Oracle / MSSQL).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* At least 5 years of significant experience in backend development using C#/.NET.

* A systemic, engineering-oriented mindset.

* Deep understanding of Object-Oriented design, multi-threading, and the MVVM architecture.

* Understanding of microservices-based software architecture and distributed systems.

* Familiarity with ALM tools for development and test management (specifically Azure DevOps).
