NOC Operator | Central Israel | 24/7 Shift Position

Mertens - Malam Team is looking for a NOC Operator to join the operations center of a leading organization in Central Israel This role is ideal for professionals passionate about IT infrastructure monitoring system availability and incident response in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain critical IT systems including virtual servers and enterprise infrastructure

Monitor IT environments including VM servers networks and enterprise applications

Identify troubleshoot and provide first-level response to system incidents in real time

Document incidents and escalate issues to the relevant technical teams

Work with advanced monitoring and control tools

Execute emergency procedures during critical system events

Collaborate with support development teams and external vendors to ensure system stability

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a NOC environment is a significant advantage

Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage

Basic knowledge of networking including TCP/IP DNS and VPN

Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or SolarWinds is an advantage

Experience working with SQL is an advantage

Familiarity with tools such as Grafana Kibana and Prometheus

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical incidents

Good English communication skills including reading writing and speaking

Availability to work 24/7 shifts
