PPC lead

We’re hiring a PPC Lead at Horizon.

Horizon is a VC-backed fintech startup, backed by Entrée Capital. We recently came out of stealth, with more than 23,000 traders signed up before launch.

Now, we’re looking for someone exceptionally sharp, analytical, creative, and hungry to build.

This is not a role where you inherit campaigns and make small optimizations.

You will work directly with the founders and build Horizon’s Google Ads growth engine from the ground up. You will own the strategy, execution, tracking, experimentation, and scaling.

This is not a comfortable 9-to-5 role. You’ll join an ambitious team moving extremely fast, testing constantly, and doing whatever it takes to win.

You should be:

• Extremely strong with numbers, data, attribution, and unit economics

• Excellent at logical and mathematical thinking

• Deeply experienced with Google Ads, keyword research, bidding, and conversion tracking

• Highly creative with messaging, landing pages, keywords, angles, and experimentation

• Advanced in Google Sheets and performance analysis

• Obsessed with improving CAC, conversion rates, payback periods, and scale

• Fast, resourceful, and comfortable taking complete ownership

• Hungry to build something massive from the ground up

You’ll have direct access to our product, design, engineering, and leadership teams. No bureaucracy. No waiting weeks to launch an experiment. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to move fast and build the entire function.
