Senior Mechanical Engineer

Looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a small, well-funded startup company with customers. Lead system of systems, end-to-end mechanical development—from concept and detailed design through prototyping, integration, testing, manufacturing, and trials.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of mechanical design experience
• Strong hands-on prototyping and testing skills
• Ability to integrate mechanical, electrical, thermal, and structural constraints
• Proven knowledge of moving and static assemblies made from titanium and aluminum, carbon-fiber chassis design, CNC machining, plastic 3D printing, electronic enclosures including thermal design, and end-to-end product development from concept through integration and transfer to production

Nice to have

Aerospace, UAV, or space-industry experience, thermal management, stress analysis, and lightweight structural optimization.
