Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an attorney at a leading personal injury law firm, managed under the business development and strategic consulting framework of KeyPeople. The position is based in Ramat Gan, with a combination of in-office work and partial work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently leading and managing personal injury cases, overseeing all litigation stages, drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing court submissions, and coordinating with clients, experts, and relevant authorities. The role also involves managing incoming leads, conducting initial assessments, following up with potential clients, and ensuring professional and timely conversion of leads into active cases. The attorney will collaborate with firm leadership on strategic case selection, process improvements, and client service standards, contributing to the firm’s growth and business development objectives.
Qualifications

• Licensed attorney (Israeli Bar) with demonstrated experience in managing and leading personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, legal research, and preparation of pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Proven ability to manage leads and client intake, including initial consultations, qualification of potential clients, and structured follow-up.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple cases and tasks in parallel and meeting deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Ramat Gan, with the discipline to work independently from home when needed.
• Business-oriented mindset, with interest or experience in law firm business development, marketing, or process optimization.
• High professional ethics, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality legal work and service.
• Experience in personal injury litigation, negotiations with insurance companies, and court appearances is a strong advantage.
• Relevant academic excellence or additional training in tort law, civil procedure, or litigation practice is beneficial.
