Matrix is looking for an experienced COBOL Developer to join a leading financial organization in central Israel.
The role includes development, maintenance, and enhancement of core business systems in a complex enterprise environment, working with critical systems and large-scale business processes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on COBOL development experience
- Experience working in large-scale organizations – strong advantage for candidates from the financial sector
- Experience with Mainframe and/or AS400 environments – an advantage
- Experience working with mission-critical production systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and work independently
