About AnuYoga

AnuYoga is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation, treatment, and empowerment of patients through therapeutic Iyengar Yoga. Our work spans rehabilitation, medical and trauma settings, serving a wide range of patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Roadmap & Execution

- Lead the development and execution of a three-year strategic roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs.

2. Scaling teacher training programs

-     Expand and strengthen teacher training programs in Israel and internationally

3. Business development & Partnerships

- Build and deepen partnerships with hospitals & health funds.

- Maintain strong relationships with teachers’ network, The Israeli Iyengar Yoga Association, as well as associations in other countries

4. Fundraising

●    Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with donors, foundations and social-impact funders.

●    Set and manage financial goals, budgets and fundraising targets.

5. Marketing Plan & Oversight

●    Oversee marketing, digital presence and PR activities.

6. International expansion (25%-30% of role)

●    Develop and coordinate international growth initiatives.

●    Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed.

7. Operations

●    Oversee legal, accounting and administrative functions.

●    Lead negotiations and agreements with partners

8. Governance & Reporting

●    Report regularly to the Founder and Executive Board.

●    Ensure compliance, transparency, ethics and accountability to donors and part

Qualifications

●    Proven executive leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading organizational growth, managing cross-functional teams, and driving strategic execution. Experience in a non-profit, social-impact, or healthcare-related organization is a strong advantage.

●    Strong experience in fundraising, resource development and budget management.

●    Strong interpersonal skills.

●    Native-level English, with the ability to present to the Executive Board, build relationships with international donors, and produce high-quality written materials. Daily professional communication in English is required.

●    Familiarity with rehabilitation and/or complementary medicine – an advantage.
