We are looking for a part-time Paralegal to join our legal practice, focusing on technology law, artificial intelligence, privacy, data protection and cybersecurity.

The role involves hands-on work on legal, regulatory and compliance matters for technology companies and other organizations. Responsibilities may include legal research, drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, legal memoranda and regulatory documents, supporting privacy and AI governance projects, reviewing new technologies and business processes, and assisting with ongoing client matters.

We are looking for a law student who is genuinely interested in the intersection of law, technology and business, and who is comfortable working in fast-developing and sometimes technically complex areas.

Requirements:

• Current law student

• High level of English, including strong legal reading and writing skills

• Excellent Hebrew writing skills

• Thorough, hardworking and highly detail-oriented

• Tech-oriented, with a strong interest in AI, privacy, cybersecurity and digital products

• Ability to understand technological systems, products and business processes

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently, manage several tasks and meet deadlines

• Responsible, discreet and proactive

• Availability for a part-time, hybrid position

Previous experience in a law firm, technology company, legal research, privacy, compliance, cybersecurity or AI is an advantage.
