Application Security Lead

We're hiring an experienced Application Security Lead to join one of Israel's leading technology companies, working on a large-scale global product used by thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused primarily on Application Security, working closely with the CISO, CTO, and Engineering teams to embed security into every stage of the SDLC and drive a mature DevSecOps culture.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on Application Security / Product Security experience
• Strong Secure SDLC and DevSecOps background
• Experience with Threat Modeling, SAST, DAST, SCA and CI/CD security
• Mobile (iOS/Android) and API Security expertise
• Cloud security knowledge (AWS/GCP)
• Deep understanding of OWASP, NIST, PCI-DSS and secure development best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with development teams
