Located in Tel Aviv, operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining a newly formed engineering team comprising AI Specialists and Backend Engineers, leading the company's AI domain in close collaboration with the Research department.
• Developing AI agents and building production-grade backend software using Python (80% software/infrastructure, 20% model orchestration and logic).
• Upgrading and scaling infrastructure to support agentic workflows, agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
• Playing a central role in driving AI-driven product innovation and shaping future product capabilities from end to end.

Requirement

• 4 years of hands-on software development experience with Python – Mandatory
• 1 years of experience in AI development – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience developing with or integrating LLMs – Mandatory
• Experience building backend systems and cloud infrastructure – Advantage
