Nick Academy is an innovative, game-based learning platform for children, built by an Israeli EdTech startup. We collaborate with Paramount Global, bringing beloved Nickelodeon characters into engaging learning experiences.

As a fast-growing company with no shortage of new ideas, initiatives, and projects, we’re looking for someone who knows how to make things happen - someone who can own projects end-to-end, build effective processes, connect the dots across teams, and leverage AI to make the entire organization faster, smarter, and more efficient.

• Own and lead projects from initial idea through execution and delivery.

• Design, build, and continuously improve company-wide workflows and processes.

• Implement AI tools and advanced automations into our day-to-day operations.

• Coordinate across teams, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward.

• Work closely with company leadership on strategic initiatives and priorities.

• Take ownership of execution — turning plans and ideas into results.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives and breathes AI and actively incorporates it into their daily work.

• Loves solving problems and constantly looks for smarter, more efficient ways to work.

• Is highly organized, independent, proactive, and takes real ownership.

• Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing focus.

• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and works well across different teams and stakeholders.

• Thrives in a young, dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.

• Deep hands-on experience with advanced LLM tools and AI-native development environments such as Claude Code and Cursor.

• Practical experience building and implementing agentic workflows and sophisticated automations.

• Experience with advanced generative AI tools for video and creative production, such as Higgsfield.

• A strong architectural understanding of API integrations, advanced prompt engineering, and the development of autonomous AI agents.

Location: Tel Aviv - on-site position
