Machine Learning Engineer

A high-growth Defense Tech startup specializing in autonomous drone solutions and electronic warfare technologies.

The company develops an advanced Counter-UAS platform powered by RF Cyber Takeover capabilities to detect and neutralize drone threats, serving tier-1 government.

Backed by top-tier investors with tens of millions of dollars raised across multiple funding rounds through Series B. The company employs over a hundred professionals and continues to scale its R&D operations rapidly.

Located in Center District operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week (including shuttle services from across Tel Aviv).

Role Description-

• Joining a newly established ML & AI team within the CTO group, focused on driving innovation and embedding advanced AI capabilities into core company products.
• Taking full ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including research, data collection, architecture selection, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Developing cutting-edge ML/DL models centered on Signal Processing, RF, Sensor Data, Time-series, and Computer Vision using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Classical ML.
• Building ML pipelines, Agentic workflows (Agents / RAG), and integrating deep learning models (CNNs, Transformers) with hardware systems.
• Leading tasks independently from A to Z, with potential for future technical and team leadership.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/STEM field – Mandatory
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Machine Learning models – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience developing Deep Learning models – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency with modern Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) – Mandatory
