BI Analyst

Join the Finance Department of a fast-growing company in a unique role that combines financial and business analysis with the implementation and development of Power BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial, business, and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing development of Power BI across the organization.
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management.
• Develop and maintain BI infrastructure, including Data Lake environments and data models.
• Work with ERP systems and accounting data to deliver reliable, data-driven insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to the VP of Finance and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial or business data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Power Query.
• Experience building dashboards and implementing BI solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting data.
• Strong analytical skills, business understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
