Managing broad-scale Information Technology and Systems centers, the organization provides core computing power, virtualization, and cloud platforms for complex, mission-critical operations.

Located in a central tech hub in the Central District, operating under a professional on-site / hybrid enterprise engineering framework.

Position Overview-

• Senior Linux System Specialist / Admin joining a core Enterprise Infrastructure group responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling large-scale Linux environments.
• Provisioning, configuring, and managing enterprise Linux servers (RHEL, SLES) across virtualized architectures and multi-cloud environments.
• Driving deep-dive OS-level performance tuning, root-cause failure analysis, and complex application troubleshooting.
• Architecting, deploying, and maintaining high-availability virtual infrastructures using VMware / ESXi and vCenter.
• Provisioning and managing hybrid-cloud resources across AWS and Azure (virtual compute, networking, and enterprise storage).
• Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation workflows using Ansible playbooks, custom modules, and Terraform.
• Collaborating closely with Software R&D, Cybersecurity, and IT operations teams to implement robust, enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Linux System Administration (RHEL, SLES), Virtualization (VMware ESXi, vCenter), Hybrid Cloud (AWS, Azure), Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, IaC), Physical Hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo), Deep Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning, High-Availability Systems.

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on experience as a Linux System Administrator within large-scale enterprise environments (500+ employees) – Mandatory
• 10 years of deep experience deploying, maintaining, and upgrading enterprise Linux operating systems (RHEL and/or SLES) – Mandatory
• 2 years of practical automation experience writing code and playbooks with Ansible, Terraform, or Chef – Mandatory
• 2 years of proven track record building, maintaining, and upgrading VMware / ESXi and vCenter virtualization environments – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience deploying and managing compute resources in public cloud environments (AWS and Azure) – Mandatory
• Practical experience installing, provisioning, and maintaining bare-metal physical servers (HP, Dell, Lenovo) – Mandatory
• Advanced capability for deep-dive OS-level debugging, kernel/system performance analysis, and root-cause troubleshooting – Mandatory
• Excellent team player with strong technical ownership and communication skills inside large-scale IT departments – Mandatory
