Seeking a Lead Group Facilitator: Professional Leadership & Regional Health Diplomacy Program

Operating Together (www.operatingtogether.org) has trained hundreds of physicians and nurses through joint trauma education since 2019. The program provides life-saving internationally recognized trauma training and educational opportunities in trauma care while providing a platform for Palestinian and Israeli physicians and nurses to form lasting, respectable, and productive relationships.

We are now launching a professional leadership initiative bringing together senior management and healthcare leaders from both Israeli and Palestinian communities to build a durable, collaborative network. We are recruiting an experienced group facilitator to guide this unique group through the process.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate 6–8 full-day, in-person workshops over 6–8 months, plus virtual 1-on-1 check-ins.
• Guide senior healthcare professionals through group discussions, systems thinking, and leadership development.
• Foster trust, safe, and meaningful cross-cultural dialogue.
• Partner with Program Directors to adapt sessions and help participants build practical, joint trauma care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Very experienced in facilitating senior leadership, complex, and cross-cultural groups.
• Skilled in managing sensitive discussions with neutrality, empathy, and professionalism.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Format: In-person sessions + virtual check-ins (6–8 months)
