Marketing / MarCom Specialist – Global Marketing Team

A leading Israeli dental implant company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative dental products for both domestic and international markets is seeking a Marketing / MarCom Specialist to join its growing global marketing team.

Location: Northern Israel (Haifa / North Region)

Position Type: Full-time, on-site (non-hybrid).

This is a key position within the marketing team, combining the management of global marketing projects, collaboration with international stakeholders, implementation of marketing and MarCom activities, and support for the company's growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute global Marketing and MarCom activities across international markets.
• Manage marketing campaigns and product launches from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage marketing content for digital and print channels.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence and digital assets.
• Support global sales activities in collaboration with distributors and customers worldwide.
• Work closely with internal departments and international business partners.
• Lead professional training programs and educational activities related to the company's medical products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field – an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or MarCom – required.
• Experience in the medical device or dental industry – a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong creative thinking combined with excellent execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools, a solid understanding of their practical applications, and the ability to lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions within marketing and business activities
