Full Stack Engineer

The company develops an advanced security simulation platform that subjects cutting-edge AI models to controlled, real-world cyber threat scenarios.

Their system evaluates misuse potential, tests resilience against sophisticated attacks, and fortifies AI models beyond human defensive capabilities.

Employing several dozen professionals in Israel and expanding rapidly, they offer a fast-paced environment with significant greenfield product development.

Located in Tel Aviv with immediate train access, operating on a hybrid work model (fixed WFH day every Tuesday).

Position Overview

• Full-Stack Engineer joining a core engineering squad to architect and build next-generation AI security simulation features and systems from scratch.
• Writing scalable, production-grade code with a backend focus (~60% Python) combined with modern frontend development in React.
• Designing scalable cloud architecture on AWS, building new components, and deploying greenfield features end-to-end.
• Working in a high-scale environment and taking ownership of full-stack feature development from architectural design to delivery.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Full-Stack Engineering, Python, Go, React, AWS Cloud, High-Scale Architecture, Greenfield Development, AI Security Simulation, Product-Driven Development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience utilizing Python or Go – Mandatory
• Hands-on production experience building interactive web applications with React – Mandatory
• Solid experience with Cloud environments (preferably AWS) – Mandatory
• Proven background working in product-driven tech companies – Mandatory
