The company’s software solutions empower global telecommunications providers and tier-1 service providers to scale network capacity, optimize routing architecture, and reduce infrastructure costs.

Employing around 500 professionals worldwide (300 in Israel) and backed by significant Series C funding, they offer long-term financial stability alongside massive technical scale.

Located in a primary tech hub in the Tel Aviv area with immediate train access, operating under a flexible hybrid work model (1 WFH day per week).

Position Overview-

• Principal Cloud / Network Software Architect serving as the highest technical authority for a cloud-native network automation platform.
• Owning end-to-end platform architecture, technological direction, and technical roadmaps across distributed cloud environments.
• Designing high-throughput, microservices-based control planes, streaming pipelines, and automated network orchestration engines.
• Setting architectural standards for container orchestration, system observability, message queues, and low-latency network communication protocols.
• Guiding engineering squads, mentoring technical leads, and collaborating with Product Management to solve complex performance and scalability bottlenecks.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Software Architecture, Network Automation, Cloud-Native Systems, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, Messaging Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Polyglot Engineering (Python, Go, C/C++), Telecommunications & Networking Infrastructure.

Requirements

• 6 years of proven experience as a Principal Architect / System Architect inside high-scale software organizations – Mandatory
• Deep technical expertise in Networking domain principles, protocols, and distributed network architectures – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and scaling Cloud-Native architectures and microservices ecosystems – Mandatory
• Deep proficiency with container orchestration and cloud tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD pipelines) – Mandatory
• Strong practical familiarity with high-throughput messaging infrastructures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) – Mandatory
• Broad engineering fluency across backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, or C/C++) – Mandatory
• Exceptional strategic vision, system design capabilities, and technical leadership skills – Mandatory
