Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Herzliya. The Sales Agent will engage with existing and potential customers, present suitable products and services, and guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, providing accurate information about offerings, and documenting interactions in company systems. The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and industry developments, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Agent is expected to maintain a high standard of customer service and represent Korda Services in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on listening, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships.
• Sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, with a results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Insurance products and services, or willingness to learn and complete role-related training.
• Experience in Training or coaching environments, such as participating in or delivering sales and product training sessions.
• Ability to work on-site in Herzliya, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions throughout the day.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software to track leads, update records, and prepare simple reports.
• Prior experience in sales, call centers, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; relevant certifications or courses are a plus.
