Job description:

The role involves end-to-end management of all quality aspects in multidisciplinary R&D projects. We are looking for a professional with a broad systemic view and a deep understanding of development processes to lead product quality and excellence throughout the various development stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and oversee quality activities in projects (approving specifications, design reviews, reliability analysis, Gates approval, documentation, etc.).
• Initiate, guide, and monitor failure analysis processes, including drawing lessons and implementing project insights to promote excellence.
• Conduct and manage audits in Hardware, RF, Embedded software (Firmware), and Mechanics.
• Develop tailored quality plans for projects (based on customer requirements and project type) in coordination with R&D, engineering, and production units.
• Lead and participate in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
• Collaborate with R&D teams and operational quality personnel during the transition from development to production.
• Monitor structured configuration control and change management processes, and initiate improvement processes in R&D.
• Handle customer complaints, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), analyze statistical data, and define project metrics.
  
  

• BSc degree – a must
• Experience and familiarity with multidisciplinary R&D environments
• Systemic view, process understanding, and process orientation.
• Experience in conducting failure analysis in a multidisciplinary product.
• Previous proven experience in Quality – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and software/hardware interfaces.
• Knowledge of Embedded Software – an advantage.
• Analytical skills, organization, and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both Hebrew and English.
