Project Development Manager

A leading global energy company is seeking an experienced Project Development Manager for a strategic role driving cross-functional energy initiatives. This position integrates economic, financial, contractual, and commercial aspects to push complex renewable energy projects from feasibility to execution.

The role involves working closely with technical, legal, commercial, and financial stakeholders both in Israel and internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic renewable energy projects end-to-end, from early-stage feasibility to execution.
• Analyzing projects across planning, commercial, financial, and regulatory domains.
• Collaborating daily with global and local technical, legal, economic, and business teams.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and control processes.
• Reporting directly to executive leadership, including close collaboration with US stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree in Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field with a strong business orientation.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing, advancing, or analyzing complex projects.
• Previous experience with global projects or regular collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Relevant background in energy, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• High proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and professional correspondence).
• Full-time availability with willingness to travel to the US twice a quarter.
