IT Operations Lead

Join the technology division of one of Israel's leading financial organizations. You'll become part of the Mortgage Technology team, working in a collaborative Agile environment responsible for developing and operating large-scale enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to take ownership of production operations, drive operational excellence, and collaborate closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead iTOPS activities across IT, Infrastructure, and DevOps environments
• Manage end-to-end production incidents, coordinating with relevant technology, operations, and business stakeholders until resolution, assessing business impact, providing ongoing updates to management, and driving post-incident reviews and continuous improvement
• Design and implement technology solutions and services across complex, multi-server environments
• Monitor and maintain servers, operating systems, and communication infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
• Build, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, monitoring, and alerting capabilities
• Coordinate and drive technology-related tasks across multiple teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution
• Work in an Agile environment while supporting CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins
• Continuously improve operational processes, monitoring capabilities, and infrastructure reliability through proactive problem-solving and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve and optimize the organization's technology infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Experience leading IT Operations, DevOps, or Infrastructure activities in complex enterprise environments - Must
• Experience working with Windows and/or Linux operating systems - Must
• Experience working with Jenkins and CI/CD processes - Must
• Experience working in an Agile environment and leading cross-functional operational processes - Must
• Basic knowledge of Networking - Advantage
• Familiarity with Node.js - Advantage
