Role Description:
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping
- Performing bank, credit card, and supplier reconciliations
- Full handling of payment and collection processes
- Invoice control and ongoing reporting to the tax authorities
- Handling and reporting monthly sales, and preparing release documents
- Assisting with shipment management processes
- Ongoing work with the Priority ERP system and Excel
