Within our Marketing Solutions business we are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team to help us realize our goal of empowering businesses to reach, engage and convert their professional audience at scale.
As an Account Director on the Large Customers International team you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies, driven by data and the strength of your experience, to bring LinkedIn’s digital marketing solutions to strategic and high potential customers. By being their trusted advisor, you will help our clients realize their growth plans by connecting them to ever-expanding opportunities among our members.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with strategic and high potential LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers, working closely with C-levels, top executives, and decision-makers.
- Lead as a rigorous business manager, who maps out and executes on commercial opportunities for a portfolio of clients
- Working closely with your Client Solutions Manager, to deliver a consultative sales approach for each client that meets their business & marketing objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and new buying groups within the book of business of existing customers for LMS offering.
- Lead with insights through smart client research, industry-specific information, and trends.
- Create and manage a tiered service approach for your clients to deliver growth in your book.
- Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.
- Contribute to client events - Travel may be required up to 20%.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional sales experience in client-facing sales position with internal or external stakeholder relationship
- 6+ years of media sales or digital marketing experience
- 6+ years' experience in a direct revenue generating role
- Business fluency in English and in Hebrew
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Israel market
- Experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing platforms
- Strong consultative selling approach with a focus on long-term client value
- Experience working with clients in technology, financial services, or professional services
- Track record of using data and insights to drive commercial outcomes
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising and auction-based technology, enabling clients to master digital platforms for measurable commercial success
- Demonstrated mastery of precision forecasting and pipeline oversight to deliver consistent growth through the management of intricate sales operations
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to build relationships across multiple levels within large organisations
- Experience identifying and developing new business within existing accounts
- Understanding of the broader marketing and media landscape
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
