Full Stack Team Lead - Mobile

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Team Lead to lead the development of a mission-critical mobile application, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on a large-scale product used by thousands of customers while working with modern technologies in a highly professional environment.

In this role, you'll lead the mobile development team, own the application's architecture, drive code quality, performance and scalability, and deliver new capabilities using React Native. You'll work on advanced features such as Deep Linking, Push Notifications, Authentication, Biometrics, WebView, Analytics, and integrations with AWS-based microservices, while partnering closely with Product, Backend, DevOps, and UX teams.

We're looking for:

• 5+ years of React Native development experience

• Previous experience as a Mobile Team Lead or Tech Lead

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript

• Experience implementing modern development tools and engineering best practices

• AWS architecture experience – a strong advantage
