Delivery Operations Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are an innovative company with a cutting-edge product, based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an exceptional Delivery Operations Lead to partner directly with the VP of Technical Operations and drive execution across one of the company's most strategic organizations.

In this role, you will bridge strategy and execution by leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring organizational priorities are delivered efficiently. You will play a key role in establishing operational excellence, creating visibility, and enabling TechOps to scale while maintaining speed, quality, and focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the VP of Technical Operations to drive strategic initiatives and organizational execution.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs across Customer Operations, Technical Excellence, Product, and R&D.
• Drive alignment across teams while ensuring priorities remain on track and execution stays focused.
• Build and maintain scalable operational processes, governance mechanisms, and execution frameworks.
• Identify risks, remove execution bottlenecks, and proactively manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Oversee executive dashboards, reports, and leadership reviews to provide visibility into organizational progress.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure leadership decisions are translated into execution.
• Continuously improve the operating model to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives or operational programs.
• Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without formal authority.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with sound business judgment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and able to create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity companies – an advantage.
