Enlighten is creating a new way for people to grow - combining psychology, education, and gamification into an engaging daily experience. Our goal is to help people improve their lives through engaging, bite-sized, interactive courses. We're looking for someone who wants to join in building something meaningful from the ground up and take ownership of our marketing efforts.

• Help define and execute our marketing strategy.
• Grow our user base through creative, low-cost marketing initiatives.
• Manage and grow our social media presence.
• Build and engage our community.
• Reach out to influencers, partners, and relevant communities.
• Help plan product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Track results, learn from data, and continuously improve.
• Leverage AI tools to create content and work more efficiently.
  

• Experience in marketing, growth, social media, or content creation.
• Passion for startups and building products from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to dedicate consistent part-time hours.
  

• Experience with mobile apps, startups, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, community building, or email marketing.
• Basic understanding of analytics and digital marketing tools.
