Implementation Project Manager — Customer Deployments

We're looking for an Implementation Project Manager who owns customer deployments end to end — from kickoff, through configuration and training, to a successful go-live and beyond.

This role is for a structured, hands-on project manager who thrives working directly with customers, translates real operational needs into a working system, and knows how to keep a multi-week implementation on track under real-world pressure. Someone who communicates clearly, solves problems on the fly, and treats every deployment as if the customer's business depends on it — because it does.

Getruck is an Israeli startup transforming ground logistics through technology.

Our platform combines advanced algorithms, AI, and real-time operational data to help logistics teams plan better, dispatch smarter, optimize routes, adapt quickly to changes, and gain full visibility across their operations.

We're building an AI-native platform where intelligence is embedded across the system — from planning and optimization to real-time decision-making and automation — in a complex, high-pressure industry where constraints constantly change, decisions happen fast, and reliability matters.

As an Implementation Project Manager at Getruck, you'll lead the deployment of our platform at new customers, owning the full project lifecycle — kickoff, requirements gathering, system configuration, end-user training, and go-live.

You'll work closely with customers' operations teams, as well as with Getruck's product, engineering, and customer success teams, translating each customer's real-world logistics workflows into a configured, working system. After go-live, you'll continue to own the relationship, making sure the customer keeps getting real value from the platform.

This is not a back-office coordination role. You'll be expected to travel to customer sites, run hands-on training sessions, make judgment calls under pressure, and take full ownership of every implementation you run.

• Own the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, from kickoff through go-live.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into system configuration and setup.
• Configure and customize the platform to match each customer's operational workflows.
• Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and risk plans across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Train end users and power users on-site at the customer, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Own the customer relationship after go-live, serving as their main point of contact and internal champion.
• Feed recurring implementation issues back to product and engineering to improve the platform and the onboarding process.
• Use AI tools as a core part of your own workflow — for planning, documentation, and communication — and help customers adopt the platform's AI capabilities.
• Travel to customer sites across Israel as needed throughout each implementation.

• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager, implementation manager, or onboarding manager for software, ERP, or SaaS systems.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations end to end.
• Background in logistics, transportation, shipping, or operations — a hands-on understanding of real-world operational workflows.
• Meaningful, hands-on adoption of AI tools in your own work — for example, using AI assistants for planning, documentation, communication, or problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable running training sessions and presenting to non-technical, operational audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, including on-site visits and travel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong Hebrew and English communication skills.

• Experience implementing ERP, WMS, TMS, or other operational/logistics software.
• Experience with basic SQL, or the ability to read and understand system configurations and data.
• Experience training or supporting non-technical end users in the field.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday, or Jira.

You're comfortable being the person in the room at the customer's site — running training and solving problems in real time.

You're curious about AI tools and use them naturally to work faster and smarter, and you enjoy helping others — customers included — adopt them too.

Most importantly — when an implementation is under your ownership, you make sure it succeeds.
