Assistant Controller

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join a growing global company in Rehovot. The role includes responsibility for financial reporting, month-end and quarter-end closing processes, consolidated financial statements, internal controls, and supporting audits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Israel and internationally, including ongoing collaboration with finance teams in the US.

Responsibilities:

* Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes.

* Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.

* Manage and professionally lead the bookkeeping team.

* Support external audits and prepare audit schedules.

* Perform financial controls, reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy.

* Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global finance teams.

Requirements:

* CPA with 1–3 years of experience from a public accounting firm, or equivalent relevant experience.

* Hands-on experience with Priority ERP – Mandatory.

* High level of English – Mandatory.

* Experience managing or leading a team.

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
