System Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an Information Systems Implementation Specialist with a strong technological orientation, excellent learning abilities, and outstanding customer service skills to support the implementation and adoption of various information systems across the organization.

In this role, you will work in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, partnering with end users and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for leading implementation processes, conducting user training, gathering business requirements, and providing professional support to ensure the optimal use of organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of information systems across the organization, including user onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to system releases, upgrades, and process changes.
• Open, track, and follow up on system issues, and validate fixes and enhancements after implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives through information systems.
• Lead projects involving the implementation of new systems and the upgrade of existing platforms.
• Implement and support systems used by R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service organizations.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and other business functions, as well as external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing information systems in a corporate environment.
• Experience with, or a strong understanding of, implementing and adopting AI-powered tools and solutions.
• Proven experience working directly with end users and delivering training sessions.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and understand organizational needs.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies independently and quickly.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Significant advantage: Familiarity with one or more of the following systems: NextPlus, Monday, Priority (additional relevant platforms are also welcome).
