Mechanical Assembler

Redler Technologies is looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our Production team in Kfar Saba.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally while gaining hands-on experience with advanced products and challenging projects in the defense and industrial technology sectors.

Redler Technologies is an established technology company specializing in motion control and intelligent power management systems.

We develop and manufacture advanced motor controllers, power management systems, and smart circuit protection solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the defense and industrial markets.

We are looking for a hands-on, technically oriented individual with experience in precision mechanical assembly and a strong ability to work accurately according to technical drawings and instructions.

• Experience in mechanical assembly, including precision assembly, subassembly integration, or work with electromechanical components
• Good ability to read and understand technical drawings, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Proficiency with manual and pneumatic tools, including screwdrivers, soldering equipment, and measurement tools
• Experience with cables and connectors, including specification or design capabilities – an advantage
• Experience working according to military or aerospace standards – an advantage
• Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, with up to three years of experience – a significant advantage

• Take responsibility for prototype production and preparation for transfer to serial production
• Perform mechanical and electronic assembly
• Test electronic systems and assemblies
• Support the implementation of new technologies
• Work closely with Development Engineers to validate designs and ensure manufacturability

• The ability to perform hands-on physical work requiring fine motor skills and a high level of precision
• Strong technical orientation and excellent hands-on capabilities
