🌪 The Pace: Fast. The Role: Critical. You will be working directly with Import & Export experts, being "on the spot" to ensure our premium luxury brands move seamlessly across the globe.

• Extreme Multitasking: Balancing day-to-day office administration with urgent operational needs.
• Operational "Fixer": Supporting our import team, handling documentation, and navigating "Maslul" and customs systems.
• Tech & AI Integration: Leveraging AI tools (specifically HLGPT) and working fluently within our internal systems, including Clothes and Gym, to optimize daily workflows.
• Global Liaison: Daily, high-level English communication with prestige suppliers worldwide.
• Being the Hub: Acting as the go-to person for the office while keeping the logistics chain moving.

• Ready to Jump In: You are available to start immediately—literally tomorrow morning.
• Multitasking is your superpower: You don’t just handle pressure; you prefer it.
• AI & Tech Enthusiast: You love AI! You know how to work with HLGPT, Clothes, and Gym, and you are always looking for ways to work smarter, not just harder.
