PMO Specialist

Comblack is Hiring: PMO Specialist | Shefela Region

Comblack is looking for an experienced PMO Specialist to join a large and stable organization in the Shefela region.

In this role, you will be responsible for the organization's project management governance, planning, and control processes. You will develop and implement PMO methodologies and management tools, support development teams and business units, build and monitor work plans, identify risks and bottlenecks, and transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in technology project management and project governance, with proven experience as a PMO in large, complex technology organizations.
• Hands-on experience supporting technology projects using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management.
• Proven experience building integrated quarterly and multi-year portfolio roadmaps, tracking execution, and ensuring alignment between planning and delivery.
• Experience improving organizational processes and methodologies, removing operational bottlenecks, and working with project management platforms, with a strong advantage for Monday.com.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, create impactful dashboards and reports, and present insights through effective data storytelling, combined with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
