Project Manager

Comblack is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large and stable public sector organization in Jerusalem.

This role involves leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from end to end—from project initiation and requirements gathering through development, testing, delivery, training, and successful implementation. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and risks, defining digital work environments and management dashboards, and driving modern project management methodologies while collaborating closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT, digital, and technology projects, with a strong advantage for candidates who have worked in government or public sector environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, with an advantage for experience incorporating AI tools or other advanced technologies into project management processes.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating development and QA teams, and independently resolving project risks, conflicts, and roadblocks.
• Experience defining project lifecycle stages, implementing structured risk management practices, and establishing clear responsibilities using frameworks such as RACI.
• Experience designing and implementing project management systems, including workflow automations and data-driven management dashboards.
