Operations Manager | Petah Tikva | Full-Time

A leading technology product company developing advanced systems for the defense industry is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the company's end-to-end operational activities.

📍 Location: 20 Hamagshimim St., Petah Tikva, Israel

💰 Salary: ₪20,000–₪30,000 gross/month

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Report directly to the CEO.

🔹 Lead and oversee cross-functional operations, including production, manufacturing, assembly, procurement, and logistics.

🔹 Take full ownership of on-time product delivery and operational execution.

🔹 Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, production, and external suppliers.

🔹 Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and improving efficiency across the supply chain.

Requirements

✔ At least 2 years of management experience in operations.

✔ Proven experience leading cross-functional processes and working with multiple stakeholders.

✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and systems-thinking skills.

Advantages

➕ Experience working with SAP.

➕ Previous experience in the defense industry or in a technology company with R&D and manufacturing operations.
