Mertens Malam Team is hiring an AI Cybersecurity Expert to lead the protection of advanced AI systems in a leading organization

Responsibilities

Lead AI Security across the organization

Design develop and implement security mechanisms for AI and ML models throughout the MLOps and LLM lifecycle

Perform AI Red Teaming define GenAI governance policies and implement security controls

Develop AI solutions to automate SOC processes improve threat detection and strengthen organizational defense capabilities

Work with cloud based AI platforms and integrate advanced security solutions

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience performing the responsibilities described for this role including at least 2 years managing technology teams

At least 6 years of cybersecurity experience including 2 years working with Machine Learning or Deep Learning models

Hands on experience with MLOps LLMs Python PyTorch TensorFlow and Scikit learn

Experience with Adversarial AI including Prompt Injection Model Inversion Data Poisoning and Evasion Attacks

Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs AI Security Anomaly Detection UEBA and AI for Security solutions

Knowledge of Differential Privacy and Federated Learning

Experience with AWS SageMaker Azure AI Services and Google Vertex AI

Familiarity with AI security tools such as HiddenLayer Robust Intelligence or Adversarial Robustness Toolbox
