Mertens Malam Team is hiring a NOC Operator to join the operations center of a leading organization in Central Israel

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a mission critical environment monitoring advanced IT infrastructure identifying and responding to incidents in real time and collaborating with experienced technology teams to ensure maximum system availability

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain critical IT systems including virtual servers network infrastructure and enterprise applications

Identify analyze and provide first level response to technical incidents in real time

Document incidents and escalate issues to the relevant technical teams

Work with advanced monitoring and control platforms

Execute emergency procedures during critical system events

Collaborate closely with support development and external vendor teams to maintain service continuity

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a NOC environment is a significant advantage

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper V is an advantage

Basic knowledge of networking including TCP IP DNS and VPN

Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or SolarWinds is an advantage

Experience working with SQL is an advantage

Familiarity with Grafana Kibana and Prometheus

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical incidents

Good English communication skills including reading writing and speaking

Availability to work 24 7 shift rotations
