Talent Acquisition Specialist | Part-Time or Full-Time

An executive search firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team.

The role involves recruiting exceptional talent for a wide range of positions, from technical experts to senior leadership roles, supporting clients across multiple industries.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced recruiters as well as motivated students looking to build a career in executive search and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment projects from sourcing through placement
• Conduct targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Build long-term relationships with candidates
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality search projects
• Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field – mandatory
• Recruitment experience (1+ years) – a strong advantage, though motivated students will also be considered
• Experience recruiting for technology companies – an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Availability for part-time or full-time work
• Minimum availability of three days per week, including morning hours – mandatory
• Ability to work from the Herzliya area office at least two days per week
