About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to build a new function from the ground up within a company that has the scale to make a real impact.

We're looking for an AI Builder Director to establish and lead this discipline at Check Point. You'll begin as a highly hands-on individual contributor, partnering closely with business teams to understand their workflows and deliver AI solutions- agents, automations, and tools- that drive everyday business outcomes.

This isn't about slideware or proof-of-concepts. It's about building and deploying real AI solutions into real workflows, with measurable adoption and impact. You'll have direct visibility to executive leadership and own the strategy, delivery, and growth of the function.

• Strong hands-on experience delivering AI-based solutions end-to-end - you've shipped things people actually use
• Solid engineering or solution architecture background
• Natural ability to work directly with business stakeholders - you're as comfortable in a sales team's Monday meeting as in a code review
• Execution-oriented mindset: bias to shipping, focused on measurable impact
• Comfortable with ambiguity - you don't wait for a playbook, you write it
• Proven ability to operate independently in fast-moving, dynamic environments
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or workflow automation tools
  
  

• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or customer-facing engineering roles
• Background in consulting or implementation roles
• Familiarity with change management and driving adoption at scale
• Experience working across product, data, and engineering domains
