Mertens Malam Team is hiring an AI Office Manager to join a leading organization in Gush Dan

This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape the organization's AI strategy drive enterprise wide AI initiatives and lead digital transformation while working with senior stakeholders and cutting edge AI technologies

Responsibilities

Define and lead the organization's AI strategy and roadmap

Manage the AI initiatives portfolio from idea through implementation

Identify business opportunities and expand AI adoption across the organization

Establish AI governance policies standards and best practices

Collaborate with Information Security Legal Privacy and Cybersecurity teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Lead AI awareness and adoption programs across business units

Support Proof of Concept initiatives and advise on AI tools vendors and technology selection

Define KPIs measure business value ROI and present executive reports

Monitor AI trends and build strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience managing teams of IT Project Managers

At least 6 years of experience leading cross organizational projects

At least 3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence

Experience leading innovation or digital transformation initiatives

Experience writing RFPs and managing negotiations

Knowledge of Generative AI solutions and leading AI platforms

Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders

Strategic thinking with proven ability to lead organizational change

Knowledge of privacy information security and regulatory requirements is an advantage

Experience managing projects using Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage
