System Administrator VMware | Central Israel | Defense Organization

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a System Administrator VMware to join a leading defense organization in Central Israel

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end to end system infrastructure build and management work with advanced virtualization technologies and play a key role in maintaining and developing complex enterprise environments

Responsibilities

Build and manage end to end system infrastructure including establishing new environments from scratch

Integrate enterprise systems and maintain complex infrastructure environments

Work with VMware Active Directory Exchange Azure Office 365 and Intune

Develop automation processes and write scripts to improve operational efficiency

Manage advanced virtualization infrastructure and provide ongoing system support

Be available for additional working hours when required

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a large organization

Proven hands on experience with VMware VRA VROPS and virtual infrastructure maintenance

Hands on experience with Microsoft infrastructure Active Directory and Exchange

Experience working with Azure Office 365 and Intune

Experience with Kubernetes Microservices and public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a significant advantage
