Reshef Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This role offers full ownership of projects from contract award through final customer delivery, ensuring execution meets project scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives. You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Production Planning (PPC), Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Lead end-to-end project execution from contract award through customer delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and Gantt charts using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage project scope changes, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Lead production line relocation and establishment projects in Israel and internationally.
• Manage customer and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI reports for management.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project, including project scheduling, milestones, task dependencies, and Critical Path analysis.
• Experience working with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Production Planning (PPC), Quality, and Logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems – an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP/PMI certification – a significant advantage.
• Experience in the defense and/or manufacturing industry.
• Experience establishing or relocating production lines.
• Experience managing projects with domestic and international customers.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects involving hardware, mechanical engineering, and electronics.
• Experience with Priority ERP and Monday.com.
• Experience implementing process improvement initiatives.
