Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in the Caesarea Industrial Park, Israel.

We are looking for a Production Operations Administrator to join our growing team and support our production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, and inventory monitoring.
• Maintain material and product traceability.
• Prepare quality documentation according to customer requirements.
• Prepare all documentation required for product deliveries.
• Follow up on customer delivery confirmations and documentation requests.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing teams.
• Support process improvements and additional operational activities as needed.

Requirements

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office – an advantage.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or quality – an advantage.
