Senior Program Manager

What Will You Do?

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with extensive R&D experience to lead multidisciplinary development projects and manage relationships with customers and strategic partners. The role includes leading engineering teams, defining technical direction, and driving key architectural decisions that support product development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead end-to-end development programs from project initiation through delivery
• .Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery and business value
• .Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning
• .Drive quality, agility, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle
• .Collaborate with customers, global R&D teams, and supply chain organizations across multiple international sites
• .Lead technology implementation with strategic partners, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies
• .Participate in occasional international business travel

Requiremen

• ts7+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary R&D development project
• s.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through direct or matrix managemen
• t.Strong track record managing complex, high-budget development programs involving mechanical, electronic, and software discipline
• s.Hands-on experience leading complex system integration project
• s.Strong knowledge of requirements management and technical product developmen
• t.Demonstrated ability to plan, monitor, and deliver projects on schedule and within budge
