Mechanical Engineer

Kilim Plastics is looking for a talented and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team.

We specialize in the development and manufacturing of plastic parts for advanced industries, including medical devices, defense, semiconductors, optics, and industrial applications.

The position offers a unique opportunity to be involved throughout the entire development process – from product design and DFM, through injection mold design and production, to final manufacturing.

🔹 What will you do?

• Design and adapt plastic parts for injection molding

• Perform DFM and optimize products for production

• Design injection molds

• Manage engineering projects from concept to production

• Work directly with customers and suppliers

• Support mold trials, production processes, and engineering troubleshooting

🔹 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software

• Strong technical and mechanical understanding

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good technical English – reading and writing

🔹 An advantage:

• Experience in plastic injection molding

• Experience in injection mold design or mold manufacturing

• Knowledge of plastic materials and manufacturing processes

• Experience in DFM and product industrialization
