About Nomadan

Nomadan installs Claude-based AI "operating systems" for small and mid-sized businesses. We don't sell slideware — we sit with a business, map how they actually work, and build them a Claude agent setup (with Claude Code) that takes real, repetitive work off their desk. We're growing and looking for freelance delivery people to run these engagements with clients end to end.

What you'll do

• Run a mapping session with a new client to understand how they really work

• Build their per-client Claude agent "OS" with Claude Code — prompts, skills, connectors, memory

• Wire up their tools (Gmail, Drive, MCP connectors, the Chrome extension, and more)

• Run hands-on workshops where the client does real tasks with the agent, until they can confidently delegate work to it

• Hold the client's hand from "never heard of a repository" to "delegating daily work to an agent"

Who you are

• Technically strong and genuinely comfortable with Claude Code — repositories, folders, agents, prompts, skills, MCP connectors. You've built real things with it, not just watched videos.

• Resourceful — when there's no clean API, you find the smart, safe workaround (browser combinations, scripts) and know the limits.

• A clear communicator who can guide a non-technical business owner without jargon.

• Self-directed — you own the outcome and get it done fast and well.

• Hebrew: native or fluent (the work is client-facing with Israeli businesses). English an advantage.

The details

• Fully remote.

• Freelance, hourly — 150 ILS/hour.

• On-demand for now, with roughly 20–40 hours per month I can provide to start, and the option for more as we grow.
