תחומי אחריות

• מתן תמיכה מקצועית למשתמשים וטיפול בתקלות במערכת אורקל.
• הקמה וניהול של משתמשים והרשאות.
• אפיון ויישום תהליכים עסקיים מבוססי אורקל.
• ניתוח דרישות עסקיות ותרגומן לפתרונות מערכתיים.
• ליווי תהליכי פיתוח, בדיקות, הטמעה ועלייה לאוויר.
• עבודה מול משתמשים, מנהלים, מפתחים, ספקים וצוותי מערכות מידע.
• שיפור תהליכים קיימים וזיהוי פערים בין הצורך העסקי למענה המערכתי.
• השתלבות בתהליך העתידי להחלפת מערכות ה־ERP וה־BI.

דרישות

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת אורקל בתחומי היישום, התמיכה או התפעול.
• תואר או הכשרה רלוונטיים במערכות מידע, מדעי המחשב או תעשייה וניהול בהתמחות במערכות מידע.
• ידע ב־SQL וב־Oracle APEX.
• ניסיון של 3–5 שנים בארגון תעשייתי או יצרני.
• אוריינטציה טכנולוגית גבוהה ויכולת למידה עצמאית.
• יכולת להבין תהליכים עסקיים ולעבוד מול מגוון משתמשים וממשקים.

יתרון

• ניסיון בתעשייה הביטחונית או בארגון תעשייתי מורכב.
• היכרות עם מודולים בתחומי משאבי אנוש, איכות, ניהול הזמנות או כספים.
• היכרות עם תהליכי ייצור, לוגיסטיקה, רכש ותפעול.
• ניסיון באפיון או בהטמעת מערכות ERP.

Our Information Systems team at Kibbutz Sasa is looking for an Oracle Applications Specialist for a diverse role combining user support, business process analysis, and end-to-end implementation of system solutions.

The position is based at Kibbutz Sasa in the Upper Galilee, Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to users and resolve Oracle-related issues.
• Create and manage users and system permissions.
• Analyze and implement Oracle-based business processes.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Support development, testing, implementation, and go-live processes.
• Work closely with users, managers, developers, vendors, and Information Systems teams.
• Improve existing processes and identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities.
• Participate in the future replacement of the organization’s ERP and BI systems.

Requirements

• Experience working with Oracle applications in an implementation, support, or operational capacity.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle APEX.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing organization.
• Strong technological orientation and independent learning abilities.
• Ability to understand business processes and work with multiple stakeholders.

Advantages

• Experience in the defense industry or another complex industrial environment.
• Familiarity with HR, Quality, Order Management, or Finance modules.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and operational processes.
• Experience analyzing or implementing ERP systems.
