Senior Statutory Planning Consultant 2098

Bar Technologies, part of the TSG Group, is looking for a Senior Statutory Planning Consultant.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel.

Join our professional team and play a key role in leading statutory planning processes for impactful planning and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and promote statutory planning schemes from the initial planning stage through final approval.
• Review, analyze, and monitor statutory plans and assess their impact on land and real estate.
• Work closely with planning authorities, including local, district, and national planning committees, the Planning Administration, and government agencies.
• Coordinate and supervise external consultants and service providers.
• Prepare professional opinions, planning objections, and statutory documentation.
• Support building permit and licensing processes.
• Monitor contracts, engagements, and project-related invoices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Architecture, or Real Estate Appraisal (or a Real Estate Appraisal Certification), or a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning – required.
• At least 5 years of experience in statutory planning.
• At least 2 years of experience in promoting, reviewing, or preparing statutory plans.
• Experience in writing statutory planning opinions is a significant advantage, particularly in transportation infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning and building legislation and building permit processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and proven ability to lead complex processes.
