Noris Medical is a fast-growing global dental implant company committed to innovation, education, and clinical excellence.

We're looking for an experienced Global Marketing Communications Manager to join our Global Marketing team.

Reporting directly to the Global CMO, you'll play a key role in shaping our global brand, leading marketing communications, digital platforms, strategic projects, and worldwide commercial and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing communication projects from concept to execution.
• Create and manage marketing content across digital and print channels.
• Manage the company's global social media platforms (hands-on).
• Work daily with HubSpot (campaigns, email marketing, automation, CRM and reporting).
• Support global product launches, exhibitions, educational programs and international events.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, landing pages, website content and videos.
• Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, KOLs and marketing managers worldwide.
• Ensure consistent global brand messaging across all markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Marketing Communications / MarCom experience.
• Native English speaker or native-level English – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience managing social media.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience – a significant advantage.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing – a significant advantage.
• Medical device or dental industry experience – an advantage.

Located in Israel (Haifa and North area) – Mandatory.
